Overview
Splitr: Run Calculator ("Splitr", "the app", "we") is developed and published by Zima Logistics LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This policy describes what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Short version: Splitr does not collect personal information. No account is required. Calculation data never leaves your device except through your own iCloud account for preset sync.
Data We Collect
Calculation data
All pace, speed, distance, and time values you enter are processed entirely on your device. This data is never sent to Zima Logistics or any third party.
Saved presets
If you save presets, they are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple’s iCloud service under your own Apple ID. Zima Logistics never receives or has access to your preset data.
Crash reports and diagnostics
If you have enabled "Share Analytics with Developers" in iOS Settings, Apple may forward anonymized crash logs to us. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information. We use them solely to fix bugs.
Data We Do Not Collect
- Name, email address, or contact information
- Location data
- Health or fitness data from HealthKit
- Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV) for advertising purposes
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
Third-Party Services
Splitr does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service involved in app operation is Apple iCloud, which is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases
If you purchase Splitr Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Zima Logistics does not receive your payment information, card number, or billing address. Apple’s privacy policy governs that transaction.
Children’s Privacy
Splitr does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected from any user, the app is appropriate for all ages.
Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no retention period to define. Preset data stored on your device can be deleted by deleting the app. iCloud data can be removed in iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Your Rights
Because Splitr does not hold your personal data, most standard data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion) are handled at the device level. If you have a question, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if Splitr’s data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revision. Continued use of the app after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
